Pokémon Lure Drop @ Green Bay Botanical Garden

GBBG Pokemon DayAttention Pokémon Trainers! We had so much fun during our last Pokémon day that we want to do it again! Thanks to your fantastic feedback, we’re helping you catch ‘em all this Sunday, July 31 from 3-7 pm. We will be placing a total of 48 lures at different Pokéstops throughout the evening with our last lure drop consisting of 8 different Pokéstops! Feel free to bring in snacks and something to drink (but please, no alcohol carry-ins) or stop at the WPS Trellis Gift Shop for ice cream or other snack items.

Wednesday Cookouts @ Green Bay Botanical Garden

Wednesday Cookouts

The Garden is a beautiful place to spend your lunch hour! All are welcome to join us on Wednesdays on the Mabel Thome Patio for summer cookouts. We also invite you to take a walk around the Garden after lunch – admission to the Garden is free with the purchase of lunch. In case of inclement weather, lunch will be served indoors. All proceeds directly benefit Children and Family Programs.

All produce used for cookouts will be grown at the Garden in partnership with Northeast Wisconsin Master Gardeners Association. After lunch take a stroll through NEW Master Gardeners Association raised beds and garden plots to learn where your produce came from.

Admission is FREE for all visitors on Wednesday evenings June 8 through August 31 from 4-8 pm featuring the FREE Children’s Discovery Station from 4-6 pm.

Children’s Discovery Station

Stop by the Children’s Garden from 4-6 pm for FREE, fun, hands-on activities your family can do at your own pace. Learn more about the world of horticulture and gain an appreciation for plants and nature. In case of inclement weather, activities will be held indoors.

Children’s Discovery Station sponsored in part from a grant received from Green Bay Preble Optimist Foundation Inc.
