WPS Garden of Lights Non-Profit Night Application

Each year the Garden  invites other area non-profits to have an (group) event night at the WPS Garden of Lights. The event night includes early admission to the Garden’s Winterberry Café from 4 to 5 pm and tickets for up to 50 attendees to view the light show at 5 pm. Attendees may have a short program or just enjoy refreshments from 4 to 5 pm (A cookie or popcorn as well as a 12 oz hot beverage will be included). The selected date will be determined by the Garden and the applicant based on availability. The applicant will be responsible for communicating to their group and organizing the event.

An application process has been established for non-profit organizations wishing to be considered to provide their clientele they serve this special night.

Please submit your application by November 3, 2017. The Garden will notify selected recipients by November 10, 2017.
Note: Applicants who received a free event night in 2016 will not be eligible in 2017 but can reapply in 2018.
