Learn why it’s more important than ever to invite pollinators into your garden. Discover some of our area’s most common pollinating insects and the native plants they love.

Presented in partnership with Extension Brown County and N.E.W. Master Gardeners’ Association.

We will contact you the week of the program to confirm your enrollment. Please dress according to the weather for all outdoor programs. No rain or snow dates are planned. Classes open one half-hour before starting time.

Cancelations & Refunds

Classes canceled due to low enrollment or hazardous weather conditions are refunded automatically. You will be notified by phone if a program is canceled. In cases of inclement weather, call 920.491.3691 ext. 122 to check the status of the program. If you must cancel your registration for a program, your registration fees will be refunded if notice is received at least five days prior to the program. Green Bay Botanical Garden cannot refund fees requested on or after the start date of a program or for sessions missed due to student illness or other personal situations.

Whether the goal is to create a cozy, intimate entertaining space or open up your home to the great outdoors, decorating your outdoor living space can make it inviting to you and your guests. You can accomplish this by planning your seating and then adding important finishing touches. Cushions, plants and flowers, tables, rugs and more. Decorator Vickie Linssen will inspire you to turn your outdoor living space into a great place you can relax and enjoy your solitude or have friendly conversations with company.

We’ll start with a short presentation, then head into the laboratory where extensive testing is performed to ensure only the highest quality materials are used to create their products. When it comes to the invasive pest Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) there is a lot of poor information out there. We will go over what you will need to know to protect your trees, including identifying early stages of insect activity, some of the myths that could lead you to lose your precious tree and proper treatments. We will also dive into the dangers of infected Ash trees and how it affects your home and everything surrounding the tree.
