Children’s Story Time with Author Sandy Johnson @ Green Bay Botanical Garden
Cost: Free/GBBG Member; General Admission/General Public
Jun 11 @ 10:00 am – 10:30 am

picking raspberriesTuesday, June 11

Join Sandy Johnson, retired Green Bay teacher and gardener, on June 11 in the Nielsen Children’s Garden as she shares her true story, “The Hunt for Wild Raspberries.” She describes the outdoor adventure and fun she had with her mom locating and gathering the ruby red berries that would eventually be made into jams and sauces.

Her daughter and her twin granddaughters have learned at an early age the rewards of those traditional family trips to berry farms and fruit orchards.

In case of inclement weather, stories will be read indoors in the Children’s Corner.

Children’s Story Time continues every Tuesday through August 27.
