The Anat Baniel people stretchingMethod® NeuroMovement® is a cutting-edge, science-based approach that transforms lives by helping people move beyond pain and limitation.

Learn to move with higher quality and more ease as you participate in a series of NeuroMovement® lessons based on the Anat Baniel Method®.  Classes will be taught in slow, subtle, and varied patterns to engage your whole self to feel, think, and move with vitality. Expect to feel increased attention, awareness of self, and enthusiasm through an enjoyable exploration of movement that helps your brain and body to communicate in new ways.

Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring a mat and 2 bath-size towels.

Don’t delay! Register right away as classes may fill quickly. We also value our instructors’ time, so classes may risk being canceled due to low early enrollment. Thank you!

After You Register

We will contact you the week of the program to confirm your enrollment. Please dress according to the weather for all outdoor programs. No rain or snow dates are planned. Classes open one half-hour before starting time.

Cancelations & Refunds

Classes canceled due to low enrollment or hazardous weather conditions are refunded automatically. You will be notified by phone if a program is canceled. In cases of inclement weather, call 920.491.3691 ext. 122 to check the status of the program. If you must cancel your registration for a program, your registration fees will be refunded if notice is received at least five days prior to the program. Green Bay Botanical Garden cannot refund fees requested on or after the start date of a program or for sessions missed due to student illness or other personal situations.

Farmory Tour @ The Farmory
Cost: $5/GBBG Member; $7/General Public

farmory logoThe Farmory is a campaign to bring local, sustainable, and indoor agriculture to Green Bay and the larger northeast Wisconsin region. By converting an empty former armory building into a 20,000 square foot indoor vertical aquaponics farm, this non-profit will offer fresh fish and produce year-round, and provide area residents with educational resources on sustainability and self-sufficiency. Come discover how they are transforming the food landscape in Green Bay and see the in-progress transformation of the former armory building.
