Mind-FULL or Mindful? @ Green Bay Botanical Garden
Cost: $30/Garden Member; $36/General Public
Jul 20 @ 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm

Ala Aldahneem, ALA, LLC

We live in a busy world – one that makes it easy to put aside self-care. Stop the cycle and start developing self-awareness for mental, physical, spiritual and emotional being. This workshop will help you to start discovering your daily actions, habits and thoughts.

Self-knowledge is power – gaining this power leads you to be more mindful about what goes into you and what comes out of you, and more importantly, what is there within you. This can be present in conversation, eating, thinking, leading, and decision-making.

Following the workshop, attendees are invited to schedule a personal, one-on-one coaching session with Ala!

This class will meet outside in the Belvedere, unless weather is inclement.

Ala Aldahneem is the principal of ALA, LLC, a Green Bay-based business advisory and life coach practice. Ala is passionate about inspiring others and helping them reach their goals.

  • As a business coach, Ala is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs turn their ideas into reality.
  • As a life coach, Ala is committed to helping clients bring out the best in themselves.

Don’t delay! Register right away as classes may fill quickly. We also value our instructors’ time, so classes may risk being canceled due to low early enrollment. Thank you!
