Class is 50 minutes where you’ll be guided through a series of low-impact, high intensity movements that are designed to strengthen and tone your body as well as improve flexibility. Pure Barre is a total body workout that uses the ballet barre to perform small, isometric movements, which burn fat, sculpt muscles and create long, lean physiques.

This class will take place offsite. Please meet at the gravel parking lot at the end of Circle Ridge Road, Green Bay (just past the residence at 3840 Circle Ridge Road).

Bobbie Webster, UWGB Natural Areas Ecologist

As we focus on habitats this summer, join Bobbie Webster, UW-Green Bay Natural Areas Ecologist, on a tour of the restoration of a 75 acre natural area around Wequiock Creek. Located just upstream of estuarine wetlands at the Point au Sable natural area, you’ll learn about the ecological and cultural significance of the Wequiock Creek Natural Area. View recently created wetland scrapes, newly installed pollinator plantings, and current woody invasive removal. Participants will be walking on some mowed field, long grass and mud; terrain can be uneven and steep.
