Ala Aldahneem, ALA, LLC
Have you set resolutions for 2021? Every year we long for a fresh start, but we end up falling back into our bad habits. We know we need to take better care of ourselves. This year more than ever, we want to be healthier and happier, but how? How do we find more joy and energy?
Many people become disappointed by January 15th. Why is that? The truth is, our logical mind is aware of what we want but our unconscious mind is programmed the same old way that stopped us in the first place.
The obstacle could be a limiting belief, fears, motivation and accountability, etc. Come to this class to make the impossible become possible in 2021.
You and only you have the power to convert “Cannot” to “Can”. Convert your wishes from dreams to goals → plans → steps and progress. Yes, you can!
Join us to face your fears and truly understand what is in the way between you and your goals.
*this is a small-group coaching session
