peppermint plantMary Mraz, Your Health is Your Wealth

Join Mary Mraz to discuss healthful tips to keep your body healthy and vibrant! During our lifetime we learn bad eating habits and lifestyles. Eventually, as we age, those bad habits catch up to us and we find our health depleted and are suffering. Is there anything that can be done? Knowledge is self-empowerment!

With 18 years of herbal knowledge, Mary obtained her education from The Natural School of Healing and the Dominion Herbal College, along with many hours of self-education. She will discuss the following:

  • Common food additives and sugar substitutes and their effects on the body.
  • What is in your drinking water?
  • Worms and parasites commonly found in the body. Yes… this is true!
  • Wellness maintenance tips to support overall health.
  • Herbs to aid in inflammation.
  • Herbs used for overall healthy living.

Don’t delay! Register right away as classes may fill quickly. We also value our instructors’ time, so classes may risk being canceled due to low early enrollment. Thank you!
