To ensure the beauty and longevity of Green Bay Botanical Garden, please respect the following policies. Visitors who do not comply may be asked to leave.
Walking in flower beds may damage plants, landscape rocks may be slippery or structures can be damaged.
Flowers and vegetables are grown for display and educational purposes.
Please observe with your eyes only and do not feed the animals or fish.
Due to the nature of the surroundings, young children are to be supervised at all times. Adults are responsible for monitoring their children and ensuring everyone follows the rules.
Food is permitted in the Garden. However, the Garden does not provide trash bags and/or receptacles for the removal of trash. Please carry out what you have carried in.
In compliance with our liquor license, the Garden is moving to a no beverage carry-in policy – this includes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Bags and coolers may be searched and you may be asked to return items to your vehicle. Guests may bring in empty water bottles or other empty beverage containers to use for refills. Any exceptions to this policy could result in loss of our license. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your support.
The Garden is a smoke and vape-free, environmentally friendly facility. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the grounds, including the parking lot.
The Garden does not permit the right to carry weapons or concealed weapons on the grounds. The Garden reserves the right to deny anyone access inside the Garden.
Keep your personal items with you at all times. The Garden is not responsible for any personal property. Valuables should not be left unattended. This includes inside any building or structure on the grounds.
Recreational kick, push and electric scooters and skateboards are prohibited.
Service animals are welcome, but please leave pets and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) at home. Please let us know you have a service animal when you arrive so we can make our staff aware. View frequently asked questions about service animals and the ADA.
Non-commercial photography and videotaping are permitted. Commercial filming and photo shoots are allowed with a permit. We ask you to please adhere to our photography policies and make an appointment if applicable.
By visiting Green Bay Botanical Garden you understand that you may be photographed, filmed or video taped and you hereby give permission and grant the perpetual right to use your likeness, image, photo (collectively, “image”), without compensation, for broadcast or exhibition in any medium and to put the finished pictures/recordings to any legitimate use without limitation or reservation.
Approximately 20 of the Garden’s 47 acres of garden areas have paved walkways and are accessible to visitors with mobility impairment. Wheelchairs and electric scooters are available for use free of charge, subject to availability.
Free parking is available on a first come, first served basis.
There is adequate parking for vans and buses. Guests can be dropped off at the entrance to the Fischer Visitor Center and park in the open areas of the parking bays.
The Garden makes every effort to remain open during posted hours, but reserves the right to close in the event of bad weather.

By entering Green Bay Botanical Garden or becoming a member, you acknowledge and agree that there are risks associated with entering the premises, including but not limited to: tripping and falling, having an allergic reaction, and contracting an illness. You agree to release and forever discharge and hold harmless Green Bay Botanical Garden and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature which arise or may hereafter arise from your visit, including any claim may have against any of them with respect to any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage whether caused by their negligence or otherwise.
