To ensure the beauty and longevity of Green Bay Botanical Garden, please respect the following policies. Visitors who do not comply may be asked to leave.

Please stay on paths or grass.

Walking in flower beds may damage plants, landscape rocks may be slippery or structures can be damaged.

Don’t pick it if you didn’t plant it.

Flowers and vegetables are grown for display and educational purposes.

Respect wildlife in the Garden.

Please observe with your eyes only and do not feed the animals or fish.

Explore together.

Due to the nature of the surroundings, young children are to be supervised at all times. Adults are responsible for monitoring their children and ensuring everyone follows the rules.

Food & Beverages

Food is permitted in the Garden. However, the Garden does not provide trash bags and/or receptacles for the removal of trash. Please carry out what you have carried in.

In compliance with our liquor license, the Garden is moving to a no beverage carry-in policy – this includes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Bags and coolers may be searched and you may be asked to return items to your vehicle. Guests may bring in empty water bottles or other empty beverage containers to use for refills. Any exceptions to this policy could result in loss of our license. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your support.

The Garden is a smoke-free, environmentally friendly facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the grounds, including the parking lot.

Concealed Carry/Weapons

The Garden does not permit the right to carry weapons or concealed weapons on the grounds. The Garden reserves the right to deny anyone access inside the Garden.

Personal Items

Keep your personal items with you at all times. The Garden is not responsible for any personal property. Valuables should not be left unattended. This includes inside any building or structure on the grounds.

Recreational Scooters & Skateboards

Recreational kick, push and electric scooters and skateboards are prohibited.

Service Animals & Pets

Service animals are welcome, but please leave pets and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) at home. Please let us know you have a service animal when you arrive so we can make our staff aware. View frequently asked questions about service animals and the ADA.

Photography & Filming

Non-commercial photography and videotaping are permitted. Commercial filming and photo shoots are allowed with a permit. We ask you to please adhere to our photography policies and make an appointment if applicable.

Approximately 20 of the Garden’s 47 acres of garden areas have paved walkways and are accessible to visitors with mobility impairment. Wheelchairs and electric scooters are available for use free of charge, subject to availability.

Free parking is available on a first come, first served basis.

Vans & Buses
