Cujo, Exercise Physiologist

How often do we take breathing for granted? Breath is a powerful tool that can be harnessed to reduce anxiety, improve overall health, and even help us attain sharper cognition!

If you’ve been to a previous workshop with Cujo, take several steps further with this series as he guides you through numerous breath exercises that can have a huge impact on your health and well-being. Dig deeper into your practice and learn tools for mastery of your breath, and consequently your mind and body.

Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on the floor for some exercises.

Maximum Number of Participants: 40
