May I bring in my own food and/or will food be available for purchase?

Feel free to bring in your own picnic. Several food vendors will be onsite selling items for purchase. The Garden will feature a small concessions area with snacks and and non-alcoholic beverages. No alcohol carry-ins are allowed.

Weather

What happens in cases of rain or threat of severe weather?

This event is rain or shine!

Bring your ponchos and/or smaller umbrellas if there’s a high probability of rain. If there is inclement weather in our area, the event will be delayed until the threat has passed, or activities may be moved inside.

The decision to continue the event after adverse weather passes will be determined on a case-by-case basis, based on consultation with appropriate weather experts. If a storm or tornado arises, guests will be escorted into the Schneider Education Center and Fischer Visitor Center.

Accessibility

Do you have accessible parking at the Garden?

Parking Staff will direct guests with vehicles displaying an ADA license plate or placard to the ADA parking areas (18 available spots). Guests can pull into the Garden’s circle driveway to drop off other guests.

Other Event Details

Can I bring my pet with me?
